2T2R TDD RF Power Amplifier Module 1420-1530MHz, 2×5W / 2×10W
Overview
The Vcan2209 is a compact 2T2R TDD RF front-end module designed for wireless communication systems operating in the 1420–1530 MHz frequency range.
It integrates dual transmit PA paths and dual receive LNA paths in one compact RF module. The standard 2×5W version provides up to 5W RF output power per transmit channel, while a 2×10W option is also available.
The module uses TTL-level control for fast transmit/receive switching, with switching time of ≤2 μs. Its compact 69 × 50 × 11.5 mm design makes it suitable for integration into wireless data links, telemetry systems, private wireless networks, industrial communication equipment, and other RF platforms.
Custom frequency ranges, power levels, connectors, and other RF parameters can be discussed for OEM projects.

TDD Transmit and Receive Control
The module uses a TTL-level control signal to switch between transmit and receive modes.
-
High level: PA ON / LNA OFF
-
Low level: PA OFF / LNA ON
-
Control voltage: typically 1.8–3.3V
-
Switching time: ≤2 μs
This allows the RF module to be directly integrated with a compatible wireless communication platform or modem.
