Ultra-Low Latency HDMI Encoder Decoder Pair – 40–60ms, 1080p60

A compact HDMI-to-IP encoder and IP-to-HDMI decoder pair designed for real-time video transmission over an Ethernet or IP network.

With approximately 40–60ms end-to-end latency, this system is suitable for applications where low video delay is important, including wireless video links, robotics, industrial monitoring, remote cameras, and real-time control systems.

The encoder converts an HDMI camera signal into an IP video stream, while the matching decoder converts the IP stream back to HDMI for display.

How It Works

HDMI Camera → HDMI Encoder → IP Network / Wireless Link → HDMI Decoder → HDMI Display

The encoder and decoder are designed to work as a matched pair using a proprietary low-latency transmission protocol.

This makes the system particularly suitable when minimizing video delay is more important than using a standard RTSP workflow.

Important Notes

1080p60 maximum:
This version is optimized for mainstream Full HD video and does not support 4K video.

Low-latency proprietary protocol:
The encoder and decoder use a proprietary protocol to achieve approximately 40–60ms latency. The encoder stream cannot be decoded using a standard RTSP player on a computer.

One-to-one connection:
The system currently supports one encoder paired with one decoder. Multiple decoders are not supported.

Network requirement:
The encoder and decoder need to be connected through the same IP network or through an IP-based wireless communication link.
