Overview
The Vcan2223 is a wideband RF Low Noise Amplifier designed for signal amplification from 200 MHz to 4000 MHz.
With 16 dB gain and a noise figure of ≤1.5 dB, this compact RF amplifier is suitable for RF receivers, wireless communication systems, RF test equipment, spectrum monitoring, and other applications requiring low-noise signal amplification.
The amplifier uses a 50Ω RF interface and SMA-50KFD connectors. The compact 64 × 38 × 14 mm design makes it easy to integrate into existing RF systems and custom equipment.
Frequency ranges can also be customized for OEM and project requirements.
